Scope: Excavation, Concrete Patio, Basement Entrance, Retaining Walls, Concrete Stairs, Site Preparation
This project involved a complete transformation of the outdoor area surrounding the home.
Work began with extensive excavation and site preparation to accommodate the new layout. A new concrete basement entrance was constructed with poured concrete retaining walls and stairs, creating safe and direct access to the lower level.
The project also included new concrete steps from the front porch and a large custom concrete patio designed around the existing home and landscape.
The finished patio creates a durable, low-maintenance outdoor living space with plenty of room for a BBQ, seating, entertaining, and spending time with friends and family.
From excavation and structural concrete work to the finished patio, the project was planned as one complete outdoor space built for long-term use.
