Scope: Concrete Installation & Finishing
This project involved converting the grass area in front of an existing outbuilding into a clean, durable concrete pad.
The new concrete surface creates a more practical access point between the driveway and the outbuilding while giving the area a cleaner, more finished look. The pad was properly formed, poured, and finished with control joints and a broom finish for everyday use.
By replacing the grass in this access area with concrete, the customer now has a low-maintenance surface that is easier to use, easier to keep clean, and better suited for regular foot traffic and equipment access.
The result is a simple, functional upgrade that improves both the appearance and usability of the space.
