This project focused on improving both the appearance and functionality of the property through professional grading and lawn preparation.
At the front of the home, the existing flower beds were removed to create a cleaner, more open landscape. The entire area was regraded to establish a smooth, even surface before being prepared and seeded for a healthy new lawn.
In the backyard, the garden area was levelled and seeded to maximize usable space. Fresh mulch was installed around the tree, and a temporary gravel walkway was added to provide convenient access while protecting the newly seeded lawn during establishment.
The finished project delivers a cleaner layout, improved grading, and a lawn designed for easier maintenance and long-term performance.
